We're one of Suffolk's secrets; a countryhouse on the edge of historic Hadleigh hidden to the outside world. You catch a glimpse from the road, but turn into the drive and you feel the real wow factor.

It's the perfect place for a summer wedding reception.  Here are real English country gardens; tousled honeysuckle, droopy wisteria and majestic trees. Lawns sweep to the lake and lavender lines the

borders. It's truly romantic. Have your civil ceremony in the galleried tudor hall; sip champagne in the gardens and then dine in the lake view marquee.  For the evening you return to the hall for your party.

All this and only a short walk or drive to accommodation in Hadleigh or nearby Ipswich or Colchester. Even if you have no local connections, there are lots of great places to stay, including self catering houses and flats suitable for the bride's group.

And it's easy to get here. We are a short drive from major road routes to London, the Midlands or the south.

Most importantly, when you have your wedding reception at Priory Hall, there will be no other group on the premises; no other visitors. It will be yours exclusively.

Your wedding day will move seemlessly between civil ceremony (or arrival drinks if you are marrying elsewhere), reception drinks and photographs, wedding breakfast and then evening party, when the lights come on and it's time to let your hair down.
