Civil ceremony

Civil ceremony

The music is playing; the guests are waiting in the tudor hall as the bride makes her entrance.  The  galleried hall seats up to 120 guests. You choose where in the hall you exchange vows, where the registrar stands and where the bride enters. Of course, few brides want to do miss the walk down the aisle. No problem; the bridal group can walk the length of the hall enjoying the closeness of family and friends.

Before the civil ceremony the bride/partner sees the registrar in the adjoining drawing room.  Having a separate entrance into the house and hall offers complete privacy, so no sneak previews.

You arrange your wedding ceremony or civil partnership with registrars from Ipswich Registry Office whether you come from Suffolk, Essex or further afield. Contact Barbara Paternosta on 01473 583050

You can now can book your registrar as far ahead as you like so wise to do this as soon as possible once your venue is booked.

After your ceremony you can take a private moment back in the drawing room before making your entrance among your guests gathered in the walled terrace or on the large lawns.   You can stay in the galleried hall should it be tedious enough to rain. (But  in East Anglia we have more sun and less rain than Cornwall).

Whatever happens, your party has started......
